Laurel Fleming, founder of Mar y Sol CoHosting, discovered Gulf Shores in 1990 and fell in love with its beach town vibe. After memorable vacations, she bought her first property in December 2002 and moved there full-time in 2005. In 2007, she married Tim and turned her condo into a thriving short-term rental. Since then, she has grown alongside the evolving vacation rental industry, crediting her success to valuable coaching and a supportive community.     Not exactly. We’re somewhere between property manager and self-manager but more flexible. Think of us as a middle ground — we give you more control than a traditional property manager, but take on more responsibility than doing it all yourself.

  • How much do your services cost?

    Our pricing is transparent and tailored to each property. We charge a co-hosting percentage on the rental portion of each booking, so we only succeed when you succeed. We do not charge on taxes or aditional fees. No hidden fees, no surprises.

  • Who handles the cleanings and turnovers?

    We coordinate reliable, professional cleaners and make sure every turnover meets high standards. Cleanliness is one of the biggest drivers of guest satisfaction and repeat bookings. If you have a housekeeper you like, we can bring them aboard.

    With Mar y Sol CoHosting, you're on a month-to-month contract. Nobody likes to be stuck in a long-term contract, so if you aren't happy with our results, give us a 30 day notice, and we will hand the booking process back to you.
